Once again, we have the opportunity to serve our community on Thanksgiving day at Maple Elementary. We will begin taking sign ups on November 13th for help in the following areas:
1) Setting up the sound equipment (8:30 - 10:00)
2) Tearing down the sound equipment (12:45 - 1:30)
3) Hosts and interpreters (9:30 - 11:00, 11:00 - 12:30, or both)
4) Tract table volunteers (9:30 - 11:00, 11:00 - 12:30, or both)
5) Move and stage supplies at EvFree 11/23 (6:00 -9:00 PM)
6) Transport for Maple set-up 11/24 (7:00 - 9:00) trucks/vans welcome but not necessary
7) Transport food from EvFree to Maple 11/24 (9:00 - 11:00) trucks/vans needed
8) Transport food from EvFree to Maple 11/24 (11:00-1:00) trucks/vans needed
9) Maple breakdown/transport to EVFree 11/24 (12:30-3:30) trucks/vans welcome but not necessary |
